Alice concentrates in several aspects of intellectual property practice, with particular emphasis in patent prosecution in biotechnology and mechanical devices. Alice is also experienced with patent litigation and client counseling in areas of patentability, validity and infringement.

Prior Legal Experience
Prior to joining the Erickson Law Group, Alice clerked as a judicial extern for Judge Ronald Guzman in the Northern District of Illinois, and was a summer associate at Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto. Alice also worked at an intellectual property boutique in Chicago where she concentrated in patent litigation in biotechnology and pharmaceuticals. Her technical experience includes work as a research associate in the Department of Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine, and graduate research in drug delivery systems at Brown University.
