Randall T. Erickson is a Patent Attorney who founded the Erickson Law Group, PC after having been a partner at a prominent Chicago intellectual property law firm. He has eighteen years of intellectual property law experience primarily preparing and prosecuting patent and trademark applications, client counseling and preparing patent validity and infringement opinions. Mr. Erickson has patent experience in diverse fields such as utility vehicles and farming equipment, food processing equipment, electronic and electrical components, packaging machinery, household appliances, consumer electronics and plastic injection molding machines. Before becoming a patent lawyer, Randall was a design and project engineer for Amoco Oil Company for eight years, and obtained a professional engineer license in Illinois.
